Job Responsibility :

• Provide Leadership in developing new range of Products by environmental friendly and safe processes.
  
  
• To continue process improvement of existing products to reduce cost and load on Effluent.
  
  
• Process Scale-up in co-ordination with Process Development and Engineering team.
  
  
• Training and developing the team of Scientists to update with latest trends in the field of Aroma Chemicals.

Profile :

• Doctorate in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with 5 years experience in leading a team of scientists.
  
  
• Familiar with latest trends in Organic Chemistry.
  
  
• Candidate must exhibit excellent leadership and communication skills.
  
  
• A wide degree of creativity and Latitude thinking is expected.
