Manager - Key Accounts
Job Responsibility :
- Manage and support relationships with Key accounts to maximize business with them.
- Co-ordinate with Operations, Research, Technical Perfumer, Quality Assurance to sell new products and identify Business opportunities with Key accounts.
- Execute strategies to maintain our growth and negate competitors entry with key accounts
- Track, Measure, Analyze and act on performance versus plan. Submit MIS to all concerned departments.
Profile :
- Bachelor in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry with Post Graduate in Marketing with 5 years in the business of Chemicals.
- Strong result Oriented, Good communication skills, willingness to travel extensively, High level of energy and enthusiasm and ability to manage conflict productively.
- Good knowledge of ERP, Business Management and Market of Flavor and Fragrance chemicals.
- Able to manage product and contract negotiations to benefit profitability and growth expectations with Key Accounts.
