Job Responsibility :

• Evaluate odour of Aroma chemicals to set production standards and to ensure adherence to standards in Blending and Final product operations.
  
  
• Develop standard blending formulas to standardize distillation and blending operations.
  
  
• Working in co-ordination with Marketing, Quality Assurance and R&D to launch products of right quality and understand customer olfactory needs.
  
  
• Prepare Accords for Marketing New products or while developing New customers.
  
  
• Training and developing to bring in awareness of Olfactory Evaluation across the Organization. Monitor and Guide the Olfactory panel to approve distillation fractions, blends or to take decision for re-distillation.

Profile :

• Chemistry Degree with 5 years experience in Flavour and Fragrance Business.
  
  
• Good olfactory skills .
  
  
• Excellent communication skills to handle customer complaints on Olfactory matters.
  
  
• Good training skills to strengthen the olfactory panel.

Location : Our Knowledge centre at New Mumbai and will have to travel weekly Mahad.
