Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in production of Aroma or Speciality Chemicals / Pharma Industry.
  
  
• Good understanding of Production, Quality and Engineering Requirements
  
  
• In depth knowledge of Process and Equipments.
  
  
• BE Chemical.
  
  
• Preference given to candidates working in Process Engineering.
  
  
• Candidates working with EPC or Engineering Consultancy may also be considered.
  
  
• Minimum 7 -8 years of experience.

Role :

• To ensure constant improvement of Processes, Quality and Cost of Production.
  
  
• Ensure smooth introduction of new or modified processes and equipments at Plant
  
  
• Suggest improvements for enhancing capacity, productivity and efficiency in yield
  
  
• Make Manuals for Operation of Electrical, Mechanical and Instrumentation
  
  
• To train required staff regarding Operation of Equipments
  
  
• Develop proposals for modernization of Plant.
  
  
• Do Process Design and Detailing of existing product.
  
  
• To make P&I, Flow Sheets, Layouts and detailing for projects.
  
  
• Supervise Plant during Project and Commissioning stage.
  
  
• To help Manager Project in selecting the equipment and vendor.
  
  
• Modify existing systems to make them safer, more efficient or more environment friendly.
