Such Candidate Data is submitted through the Career and E-Recruitment portion of this site and may include Personal Information. By submitting Candidate Data, you confirm and agree that (1) you have reviewed this PRIVI Privacy Statement; (2) PRIVI may process the Candidate Data according to the recruitment purposes set out in this PRIVI Privacy Statement and/or elsewhere on the PRIVI site, and (3) the Candidate Data may be transferred worldwide consistent with this PRIVI Privacy Statement and/or other provisions contained on the PRIVI site.

This PRIVI Privacy Statement provides uniform minimum compliance standards for the worldwide use and protection of Candidate Data by PRIVI and/or its affiliates. PRIVI acknowledges that certain laws may require stricter standards than those described herein. In the event that you choose to allow your Candidate Data to be part of the PRIVI talent pool, PRIVI shall use such Candidate Data for reverse recruitment. In such cases, PRIVI shall use such Candidate Data to search for potential candidates for consideration in connection with jobs, which may or may not be listed on the then-current job openings database. PRIVI may use such Candidate Data to contact you regarding such positions. At any time after you have allowed your Candidate Data to be part of the PRIVI talent pool, you can choose to lock your Candidate Data and PRIVI will remove your Candidate Data from its talent pool. If you choose not to be part of the PRIVI talent pool, or join and subsequently remove your Candidate Data from the talent pool, PRIVI may, from time to time, use such Candidate Data to contact you to solicit you to make your Candidate Data available in the PRIVI talent pool.

PRIVI shall not share or disclose Candidate Data to third parties (it being understood that PRIVI affiliates are not third parties) to offer products or services to a Candidate (“direct marketing"). Candidate Data is strictly for internal PRIVI use. From time to time, PRIVI might engage third party contractors to work with it on maintenance or support of this web site. The provisions of this Privacy Statement shall bind any such third parties engaged by PRIVI.

Except for Candidate Data, no confidential information should be provided to PRIVI through its site, and PRIVI shall take no liabilities whatsoever as to possible damages users might suffer in that respect.
